1. How long does it take to complete my website?
Typically, we have a 2-3 week turnaround. Depending on the site design requirements and our workload, we may be able to provide a faster turnaround.

2. How do I get started?
Use our Quote Form and let us know you’re interested in our services. We’ll chat with you about the scope and your needs and give you a quote for your project. Once you accept our project proposal, we’ll then arrange for payment.
3. How will we communicate while you are working on my project?
We will present you with a project plan that shows our schedule for completing our tasks. Within the schedule we also identify any required feedback that we need from you before we complete our next task. At those times, we will schedule conference calls and provide you with links to access any materials for review. However, throughout the project, we will be available to you by phone, email, fax, skype, and instant messages. We can discuss your communication preferences at the kick-off of the project.
3. What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to begin any work, with final payment done upon completion of your Website design. This can be done securely via Paypal or wire transfer.
4. Why do you use Paypal?
Since PayPal has become the web’s most favorable payment method, we accept PayPal for services. PayPal is an easy-to-use application that allows you to securely send money using your credit card or bank account to any email user. PayPal uses secure technology to keep your information safe and secure. You are not required to have a PayPal account to use their payment service.
