Easy Job References is a reboot of a startup based on a US patented process to automate the reference process between a job seeker, recruiter, hiring manager and reference giver. The brand design needed to communicate the ease of use for this innovative process.

With the official rollout planned in 2019, our marketing team is focused on creating brand awareness within the human resources community. This includes integrated SEO, social media groups, forum participation, content marketing, trade show attendance and speaking engagements.

We approached Larym Design to redo our patented process website for automated reference checking. Our first attempt some years ago did not go well. Larym Design took the bull by the horns. They Introduced me to their legal counsel specializing in intellectual property, then they created an updated list of technology specs based on the current level of market competition. From there they set about to rename us, rebrand us, and built a customized solution ready to launch. My partner and I are looking forward to the next phase with their digital marketing team.
